We ship our orders using UPS Ground

You should receive your order within 5 to 10 business days of your purchase depending on where you are geographically located.

Your products come to you in packaging that is done very carefully and which we are proud of to minimize any damage and disappointment for our clients.

Here are our Ground Shipping rates

• $5.95 per order ie. If you order 1 item or multiple items you will be charged only $5.95 for the whole order.

• Free for orders above $99.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Order on or before December 15th, 7:00am EST, for estimated delivery by the 25th

Sales Tax:

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York only. All orders outside of New York will not be charged.

We have very carefully checked the price list to bring to you the savings,

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation of an Order
Orders may be canceled providing you contact us no later than 7am EST the next business day. Send an email to support@fragrancepal.com with CANCEL ORDER in the SUBJECT and include your order confirmation number.

Returning Merchandise

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. E-mail address for Customer Service is support@fragrancepal.com

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please Note: Standard Shipping Charge of $5.95 will be charged for all Orders that were sent with Free shpping.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

**We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

For security, please return your merchandise with UPS Ground only and send us the tracking number.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
**All credits will be processed within 14 days

Claims on orders not received
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
